OMG..its been ages that i have not written anything on my blog...not that i didn't have any thoughts neither time limitations..late realization is never so late, so let it be from now on.. the gret many experiences which are worth sharing will appear here...!!

BANGKHEM??

I have switch the header of this blog from "My Space My world" to the present name "BANGKHEM" which means "Something & Some one". It is a dialect of a village called Mata-mualtam, where i was born and brought up. It is widely used in public or domestic when two or more people speak about something but did not want to disclose a person's name or something which is not to be spoken in public. Only the villager are aware of the word's significance and meaning when someone used it. People of nearby villages find it hard to understand in communicating with mualtam mites when they used this specifical word. The same word is used as a song title of one of the Thadou-Kuki love songs, the origin and meaning for which i do not have any idea whether it has relations with the mualtamiese or not. I have heard that there is also the same word in some Thai languages. Anyway, here comes the reason for my choosing of this header..as i said its a very significant word of my native village which shaped me what i am today, its people and its language are always a cherish being for me. For this and the meaning of the word, something and someone suits my thinking as i create my first blog to pour down my thoughts and feelings!!
